Our standard service call includes the first 30 minutes for:

Water testing
Pump inspection
Troubleshooting any identified issues

Any additional time, parts, or chemicals required will be billed separately.

A detailed summary of services performed, time spent, findings, and recommendations is available to the pool owner via email.

Pool Closing

Our comprehensive pool closing service includes:

Removal of all items from the pool and deck area where the cover is stored
Final vacuum of the pool
Addition of winter storage chemicals (Note: Chemicals are billed separately.)
Clearing and prepping all water lines, salt cell, and filter for winter storage
Placement of all pump and filter plugs into the pump skimmer basket for safekeeping
Installation and securing of the winter cover

Full Service Pool Cleaning

General deck clearing (removal of leaves, debris, and clutter).
Complete water testing and balance of chemical levels (Note: Chemicals billed separately).
Filter care and performance readings.
Brush pool walls and vacuum floor.
Check and clean skimmer baskets.
Complete inspection report, including:
- Basic water analysis (pH, Alkalinity, and Chlorine levels)
- Notes on equipment or pool condition
- Report available to homeowner (sent via email).

Pool Opening

Day 1: Initial Opening & Cleaning

Remove pool cover and clear all debris for proper storage.
Complete water sampling.
Clean heavy debris from pool bottom and surface.
Clear antifreeze from plumbing lines.
Reconnect pump and filter piping.
Inspect and reconnect salt cell (Note: If cleaning is required, chemicals will be billed separately.)
Perform initial vacuuming of pool.
Add first round of opening chemicals (Note: Chemicals are billed separately.)

Day 2: Final Cleaning & Balancing

Complete final vacuuming if needed.
